Hello to everyone at Artprint Collection! Our prints just arrived about an hour ago. I couldn't believe how WELL packaged they both were. I read many of the reviews on the site prior to ordering but until I saw the way they were boxed, I couldn't imagine how they could be so well protected. Now I know. Very smart and well done. They reminded me of boxed appliances -- no room for shifting. I hung them immediately. Both prints were up in about fifteen minutes. I'm sold on the hangers you send. For the last forty-five minutes I've just been sitting here falling in love with these prints over and over again. We owned both "The Accolade" and "La Belle Dames Sans Merci" (by Dicksee) in framed art prints prior to ordering them on canvas. I can't tell you the difference in beauty. Besides the color that seems alive, I can walk ANYWHERE in the room and see them clearly. There is no difference in clarity based on location. Artprint Collection did just gorgeous work. I just received my picture and just wanted to send a letter of thanks. The picture was for my fiance, to be hung in our new home. When she unwrapped the picture I was pleasantly surprised. I just received my first picture from your web site. I can' tell you how pleased I am. For starters, I also ordered a print from a competitor a week before I ordered from you and it has not arrived and I can't say when it will. Your turnaround time is impressive. The packaging is bullet proof. Obviously the container was a custom fit and it protected my rather large print (5' wide) flawlessly. When I opened the container I was surprised to see how much better it is in life size. It's more and better then I expected. I thought I would receive a nice print with a nice frame and received a fantastic picture with a beautiful frame. This has cured my wife's desire to go to art shows. Unless you are looking for an original, the print I bought is as good as it gets. We are decorating a new home in AZ and have many empty niches and bare walls in need of art work. I received my art print, Avenue in the Rain, last Friday. I had considered this purchase as an "experiment", not having purchased anything from you previously and not being familiar with your process or work. While waiting to receive it, I purchased a traditional print of Grun's "The Dinner Party" from a source that I was familiar with. Now I am sorry that I ordered Grun's print from anyone but you, I am beyond thrilled with the quality of your work and your unique "canvas print" process.
