Catalogs:

We no longer publish printed catalogs. We add new prints to our web site daily, and are constantly expanding and updating the listings.

Color Matching:

Colors of images as viewed on a computer monitor will never exactly match the full size framed prints. All images on our site are provided by the print publishers. Returns due to inaccurate color are subject to our standard return policy.

Copyrights:

We can only provide copyright information for artists whom we publish. We have no information regarding copyrights of distributed print images. If you are searching for particular image copyright information, you need to contact an industry publisher, artist, or artist's agent directly.

Gallery:

Our retail gallery was closed several years ago, prior to launching our web site. We no longer maintain any showroom facilities.

Packaging:

Framed prints are carefully packed in sturdy, custom made containers. We have the strongest packages and lowest damage rate in the industry.

Payment:

Use our convenient shopping cart for the following payment methods:

  1. Credit card or PayPal via secure online submission - Visa, MasterCard, Discover, AmEx.

  2. Credit card via fax.

  3. Check or credit card via postal mail.

Returns:

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for exchange or a full refund for the price of the product. Rush or International shipping charges will not be refunded. To return your item(s) please pack them in the original box along with a copy of either the packing slip or emailed order receipt. Sizes:

Customers should never purchase frames to fit our unframed prints until they receive the prints. Canvas can shrink up to an inch in processing, and can grow up to an inch if the customer has the canvas stretched. All listed sizes are approximate.

Sales Tax:

Sales tax is charged only for deliveries within Pennsylvania.

Shipping:

Framed Prints: $14.95 - $34.95 per framed print depending on the size, shipped via Ground service.

Unframed Prints: $3.00 ea.- $6.95 minium shipping per order via Priority Mail.

All items are made to order. Allow up to 1 week production time for unframed prints, 2 weeks for framed items.

International: Only unframed prints will be shipped outside of the USA for a flat charge of USD 25.00.

Shipping Damage:

In the unlikely event that an item arrives damaged, just send an email to damage@artprintcollection.com stating the nature of the damage to the carton and contents so we can process a replacement order.
